How It Works.
From application to first delivery — here's exactly what to expect when you join Real Quality Logistics.
Apply Online
Fill out our quick driver application — takes less than 5 minutes. Tell us your vehicle type, availability, and a bit about yourself.
No lengthy interviews or in-person visits required to get started. Just submit your application and we'll take it from there.
Background Check
We run a standard background and driving record check. Most checks clear within 24–48 hours.
We partner with a trusted screening provider. You'll receive an email with instructions and results as soon as it's complete.

Common Questions
Do I need a commercial driver's license?+
No. A standard driver's license is all you need for car, van, and moped routes. Bike couriers don't need a license at all.
Can I set my own hours?+
Yes. You choose which shifts to pick up each week. There are no minimum hour requirements — work as much or as little as you want.
What areas do you cover?+
We operate across the Buffalo metro area, including downtown Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Amherst, Tonawanda, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Is there a vehicle age requirement?+
Vehicles must be 2005 or newer and pass a basic safety inspection. We'll walk you through the requirements during onboarding.
How soon can I start after applying?+
Most drivers are on the road within 48 hours of submitting their application, pending background check clearance.
